CSA, oops!
All of the items listed in this section are items whose history involved some sort of mistake...sometimes a guest picks up a ball upside down and signs upside-down to the logo before the mistake is caught...sometimes, the wrong item is signed...sometimes the correct item is signed with the wrong inscription. You get the idea. Isn't it always the case that there are so many ways to do something wrong and only one way to do it right?
